My work is person-centered, strength-based, and rooted in a deep social justice framework. As a multiracial transgender man, I bring both lived and academic experience to my practice—tools I use every day to support and advocate for LGBTQIA2S+, immigrant, refugee, and migrant communities.
Oppression and discrimination are not theoretical concepts to me—they are part of my story. These experiences shape how I listen, teach, consult, and create space for healing and growth.

Credentials & Experience
I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, and a BA in Clinical Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Before entering the field professionally, I worked as a peer recovery coach in the family treatment court system.

- Mental Health Associate Therapist
- Director of Prevention & Intervention for a rural, multicultural school district
- Private practice therapist specializing in co-occurring services
- Current PhD student in Sociology at the University of Iowa
